Mauricio E. Noroña, Esq.

Mauricio was born and raised in Ecuador until fourteen when his family relocated to the United States. He is African Services Committee’s Interim Supervising Attorney.  Mauricio is particularly interested in litigating complex removal cases.  He was graduated from the City University of New York School of Law where he was a Haywood Burns Fellow in Human Rights.  Prior to joining ICLC, Mauricio managed his own low-bono immigration law firm in Corona, New York.  Mauricio speaks Spanish fluently.

Mauricio is admitted to practice law in New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
